FC Technology – Equipment

Our Freeze Concentration units are unique on the market due to their simple construction and our own innovative take on the solid – liquid separation step. The core equipment is the FC crystallizer paired with a custom refrigeration system, and the filtration unit equipped with one or more washing steps.

We supply FC units in a compact skid mounted construction, from experimental scale and semi-industrial pilot units to full industrial scale units.

All our units are equipped with instruments and sensors for measuring and monitoring the relevant process parameters such as temperatures, flows, levels etc. All data is logged and saved via a special made (Labview-based) software package to ensure correct data collection and user-friendly operation of the units.

Our laboratory and pilot FC units are semi-automated and are able to run in batch or continuous mode. Fully automated industrial scale units with a continuous operating mode are under development.
